Sending Feedback
Report a bug or suggest an idea — and how we follow up
Overview
The Feedback button (bottom-left on every page) is the fastest way to tell us what's broken or what you'd love to see. It opens with one simple question — What's on your mind? — and three choices:
- 🐞 Report a bug — something's broken or not working right
- 💡 Suggest an improvement — an idea or a feature you'd love
- 💬 Something else — general thoughts or feedback
Reporting a bug
Pick Report a bug and you'll get a short, focused form:
- What happened? — describe what went wrong
- What did you expect to happen? — so we can see the gap
- Steps to reproduce (optional) — how to make it happen again
- How disruptive is it? — Low, Medium, or Urgent
The more detail you give, the faster we can fix it.
Suggesting an idea
Pick Suggest an improvement and just tell us your idea in your own words. No long form — we read every one.
Which part of the app?
We auto-detect which area you're in (Research, Notebooks, Reading, a creation mode, and so on) and show it as a little tag you can change. It helps us route your feedback to the right place.
Anonymous and follow-up
- Submit anonymously — tick this if you'd rather your feedback not be tied to your name on any public lists. (Our team can still act on it.)
- OK to email me follow-up questions — leave this ticked if you're happy for us to email you for more detail. Untick it any time. (It's hidden when you submit anonymously.)
What happens next
Your feedback lands in our admin queue, where we triage it (New → In Progress → Resolved). If you opted in to follow-up, we may email you to learn more.
