Yes — any signed-in user can buy a token pack at any time. There's no tier requirement and no subscription needed.
Buy another pack — your balance refills immediately. If you prefer, you can also bring your own AI provider key (BYOK) in Settings and generate using your own account instead of tokens.

After your first purchase, a "Manage billing & receipts" link appears in Settings → Billing. It opens the Polar customer portal where you can view invoices and manage payment methods.
