Reporting Content
If you find content that violates these guidelines:
- Open the public scribe in the library.
- Click the Report Content button.
- A modal opens with a pre-filled email template containing the Book ID, title, and URL.
- Click Copy Email Template (or Open Email Client) and send it to support@coffeescribe.ai with subject
REPORT CONTENT(in all caps). - In the email body, add the reason for the report and any specific examples or context.
We review every report within 24–48 hours and you'll receive a confirmation email acknowledging it. The email-based flow exists deliberately — it discourages spam reports and keeps a clean audit trail of every submission.
What Happens When Content Is Reported
- Review — We review all reports promptly
- Action — If content violates our guidelines, we may:
- Remove the content from the public library
- Warn the creator
- Suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders
